ENMU-Roswell Observes Martin Luther King Jr. Day

with Virtual Celebration Event

 

The ENMU-Roswell campus will be closed and no classes will be held on Monday, January 18 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. The campus will reopen and classes will resume as scheduled on Tuesday, January 19.

The campus will hold a special event in recognition of the legacy of Dr. King.  A link to the virtual recognition ceremony will be posted on Monday, January 18 on the ENMU-Roswell Facebook page, https://www.facebook.com/enmuroswell

 

The featured guest speakers will be Angela Moore, City Councilor, Ward 5; Laday Jha McDonald, Mountain View Middle School student; Rayfield Jefferson, University High School faculty member and Pastor of Friendship Missionary Baptist Church; and Carolyn Jefferson, University High School faculty member and evangelist.
